Warner Bros concludes no sexual misconduct on ‘Bachelor’ set

Warner Bros concludes no sexual misconduct on ‘Bachelor’ set entertainment Bachelor In Paradise

On Tuesday, Warner Bros. announced in a statement that there had been no sexual misconduct on the “Bachelor in Paradise” set, and filming on the show is set to resume.

“As we previously stated, we recently became aware of allegations regarding an incident on the set of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ in Mexico,” the statement read. “We take all such allegations seriously.”

Production was halted on the show after a producer raised concerns over an encounter between DeMario Jackson and Corrine Olympios. The producer was concerned that Olympios was too drunk to consent to the sexual encounter that took place in the swimming pool. However, Warner Bros. said that the tape of the incident confirmed that there was no misconduct.

“Out of respect for the privacy interests of those involved, we do not intend to release the videotape of the incident,” the statement said.“We can say, however, that the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy.”

The show will resume filming, with some changes in policy and procedure made for the safety and security of anyone involved with the show.
