Obama, an architect of the Paris Agreement which Trump pulled out of, was quite clear on how he views both the environmental accord as well as the current president.

“The Paris agreement, even with the temporary absence of U.S. leadership, will still be a critical factor in helping our children solve the enormous challenge in civilization,” Obama said at the conference organized by South Korea’s Chosun Ilbo media group, according to CNN.

Obama also met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in after the speech to discuss the future relationship between the U.S. and Asia.
