Floyd Mayweather took the time out of his promotion tour to stop by the Bronx’s 46 Precinct to honor slain NYPD cop Miosotis Familia.

On Saturday, Mayweather posed alongside a picture of Familia, who was killed while sitting in her police vehicle in an execution-style murder by Alexander Bonds, who was shot and killed by police officers who responded to the scene.

As for Mayweather, he has been on tour with Conor McGregor across four different cities as they drum up excitement for their upcoming fight in August in Las Vegas. The two have been making headlines, however, not for somber occasions like the one in which Mayweather posed thoughtfully with mourning police officers still honoring Familia’s name, but for a tour that has seen racism and homophobia on display.

Last week, Mayweather stirred up controversy when he used a homophobic slur when referring to McGregor, saying, “You punk, you fa—t, you ho.”

The comments were made after McGregor taunted Mayweather when he was showing off his shadowboxing. “Dance for me, boy!” McGregor said, in addition to taunts over an unpaid tax bill on Mayweather’s part, drawing criticism for using racial language.
