‘Hiding in the bushes’: Sean Spicer lawn ornaments go viral

Hiding in the bushes: Sean Spicer lawn ornaments go viral news Sean Spicer

Ever since the report went out that Sean Spicer was avoiding questions about FBI Direct James’ Comey’s firing by hiding in the bushes, Spicer has been getting trolled by everyone.

While originally it was reported that Spicer had gone into the bushes, the report was later changed to say he was standing with staff “among” the bushes, though that didn’t really soften the trolling and laughter for so many people who found it ridiculous that the White House press secretary was avoiding the press in the first place.

For example, a Facebook user named Lisa Kadonaga has created a cutout of the top of Spicer’s head that you can download and print out to use in decorating your lawn by having his head stick out of your bushes. The lawn ornaments were so successful and went viral so quickly that DropBox had a hard time processing all the download requests. Kadonaga made it a JPEG for people to download, and you can still get it for free on Dropbox.

Melissa McCarthy, who portrays Spicer on Saturday Night Live also trolled Spicer, posting a picture of herself dressed as the press secretary with the caption, “Straight out da bushes,” on Thursday.

McCarthy will also be hosting SNL this week, and with clips and pictures already being leaked of her riding the Spicer rolling podium through traffic, we all know it’s going to be a beautiful episode.
