Barry White’s son is suing his father’s widow, Glodean White, claiming that he is financially strapped and nearly homeless because of the way his father’s trust worked out, reports TMZ.
According to Daryl White, Glodean never actually showed him the will in 2003 after Barry died and worked out an agreement with Daryl that he would get his fair share of the money owed him if he agreed not to sue her.
However, in the suit, Daryl claims that he stopped receiving payments in September 2015, and he now believes that Glodean is using up all his father’s money to pay for her lavish lifestyle.
He is suing to get a look at the will and to see what is actually due him.
