Back in 2013, the group purchased this seven-story, 129 room hotel for $20 million in cash. You’ve gotta be a big baller if you’re pulling twenty mil out of your local ATM to buy some hotel rooms, wouldn’t you say?
The hotel is top quality and like most Residence Inns, you kinda feel like you can stay for a long time, which is sorta the point.
