A former CBS Radio employee is suing the radio station, claiming that she was regularly harassed and intimidated and subject to racist remarks while she worked at CBS Radio in New York City.

The woman claimed that she was called “Obama” when she came in to work and that during one conversation in which she asked a male supervisor a question, he replied by saying, “I’d shoot this b**ch if I had a gun,” according to TMZ.

When another supervisor overheard the conversation and asked what was going on, the first supervisor said, “Chicago Double tags, b**ch!”

She also complained that the radio station environment was a lot like a frat house, with one male supervisor once describing a massage to another and talking about “rub and tugs.”

The woman claimed that she was fired for complaining about the environment, though CBS said that she was fired for being late.
