Quantasia Sharpton, the woman who claims Usher slept with her without disclosing his alleged STD, reportedly tweeted that she was strapped for cash just a week before she filed a lawsuit against the singer.

“I need some money,” Sharpton tweeted with the Twitter name Angel Valentino, according to TMZ. And just hours before she appeared at a press conference with her attorney, she also tweeted “Enjoying my last couple of hours as a regular girl.”

Sharpton claims that on her 19th birthday, Usher picked her out of a crowd of fans during a concert. From there, security allegedly got her number and the singer eventually contacted her before meeting up at her hotel room for sex.

Usher, she says, did not disclose that he had allegedly contracted genital herpes, which is a claim made in a settlement with a woman he paid out in more $1 million, according to court documents.

Sharpton says that while she tested negative for the STD, she is coming forward publicly with the lawsuit to avoid the singer possibly exposing someone else. She is one of three plaintiffs to have filed suit against Usher, however, the other two have so far remained anonymous and are only listed as Jane Doe and John Doe.
