Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) and his district staff will hold a “Congress On Your Corner” event on Friday (May 31) to help constituents with issues involving federal agencies, benefits, grants and other programs.

“We can help with issues involving Social Security and Medicare, Veterans benefits, housing, federal grants and more,” Cohen said in a newsletter posted on his site.

“I will, of course, update you on recent Congressional activities and ask for your thoughts on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian intervention in the 2016 election to help Trump,” Cohen continued. “(I’ll also discuss) my concern that the President has engaged in obstructions of justice. I hope to see you there.”

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Whitehaven Branch Library, 4120 Millbranch Rd.
