Forced to pivot by the coronavirus pandemic, Osupa Moon, Cookie Moon and Mid-South Kwanzaa, Inc. have taken the annual cultural celebration online and onto the airwaves.

Ekpe Abioto and Pearl Walker shared the libation ceremony on video on Tuesday during the celebration of the principle Ujaama (Cooperative Economics).

The schedule for the rest of the week, includes a virtual celebration of the seventh principle – Imani (Faith) – on New Year’s Day.
