Taraji P. Henson is badass hitwoman in ‘Proud Mary’ trailer
The trailer has dropped for director Babak Najafi’s action movie, Proud Mary, and in it, Taraji P. Henson shines as the titular hitwoman.
The trailer plays “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner as Henson suits up, complete with leather, heels, and weapons.
But, according to the movie’s logline, Henson’s Mary “is completely turned around when she meets a young boy whose path she crosses when a professional hit goes bad.”
