Memphis rapper Yo Gotti, put on a $5 concert on Saturday at The Novo by Microsoft in Los Angeles during NBA AllStar Weekend.

The Novo is located in the L.A. LIVE complex, which many refer to as the center of the entertainment world.
The entertaining lineup featured all Memphis artists affiliated with Yo Gotti’s CMG record label. That meant Yo Gotti, BlocBoy JB, MoneyBagg Yo and Blac Youngsta all were in the house. The nearly packed venue held about 2,300 guests and was perfect for an intimate concert.
Memphis’ newest rapper to hit mainstream success, BlocBoy JB opened the show with his smash-hit  “Shoot,” which started a local dance craze in the Bluff City. He followed with his January viral hit “Rover.” He recently, released “Look Alive,” a mutually beneficial collaboration with Drake, that brings the best out of both. BlocBoy JB concluded his performance with “Look Alive.”
It was a good feeling to see so many people on the west coast rap along the words, “901. Shelby Drive. Look Alive. Look Alive.”
At the stroke of midnight, Yo Gotti took the stage. He opened with his hit song “Forget You,” following up with more of his hits — “I Know,” “5 Star” and “They Like.” His crowd-pleasing performance also featured songs such as Snootie Wild’s “Yayo” and Chris Brown’s “Pills And Automobiles.”
At one point, Gotti brought out CMG’s top artists Money Bagg Yo and Blac Youngsta and  they performed their song “Gang Gang.” There was so much energy on stage! Blac Youngsta, who  performed his smash hit “Booty,” got into the crowd and interacted with his fans. Much like his hilarious viral videos and antics on social media, his performance was ratchet and dramatic, but entertaining to say the least.
Money Bagg Yo and Yo Gotti performed their hit “Doin 2 Much.” Yo Gotti kept the crowd hyped when he performed his latest hit songs — “Down in the DM,” “Rake It Up” and “Juice,” all which have reached Billboard success.
Overall, each entertainer brought his own persona to the stage and had an incredible performance, making sure to keep the audience involved whether it was talking to the crowd, having them rap along or getting them to dance.
