Additional Offers to Purchase, of at least ten percent (10%) higher, may be submitted within Ten (10) working days of this notice. If additional offers are received during this ten (10) day period, all prospective Purchasers must attend a Public “Bid Off” at 09:00 am on June 06 2024, to be held in the Shelby County Land Bank Office, to determine the highest and best offer.
