Michael Adrian Davis, a radio personality on “The Voice of SCS — 88.5 FM,” grabbed the mic to sing some “Down Home Blues” at the Memphis Library’s North Branch on Vollintine. More than 100 people came to the library’s recent “I Love Music and Museum Jam Session.” Joining Davis for the jam were bandleader Rickey Mosley (left), and Davis’ mother, Evelyn Stamp Taylor (right), a local author who celebrated her 85th birthday at the event.
