Women leaders from across the Mid-South will gather at the Renasant Convention Center on Friday, March 21, 2025, for the annual Develop HER Women’s Summit.

Hosted by the Junior League of Memphis (JLM), this transformative one-day event runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering an empowering experience designed to foster personal, professional, and community leadership among women.

Since its inception in 2016, the summit has become a cornerstone for Mid-South women seeking to expand their horizons through networking, inspiring breakout sessions, and thought-provoking discussions. This year’s theme centers on healing, empowerment, and achieving tangible results.

Betsy Allen-Manning, a celebrated keynote speaker, author, and workplace strategist, will headline the summit. Known for her expertise in helping organizations attract and retain top talent, Allen-Manning has been featured on FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, and TEDx. Her address will focus on empowering women to lead with purpose and accountability.

The day’s agenda also features breakout sessions led by local experts, networking opportunities, and vendor exhibits showcasing products and services tailored to women in leadership. Attendees will enjoy an energizing welcome from Memphian Dr. Angela Anderson, a best-selling author and DEI executive, whose opening remarks will set the tone for the day.

“The Develop HER Women’s Summit is a unique opportunity for women to come together, share experiences, and learn from each other,” said Briana McNeil, Chair of the 2025 Develop HER Women’s Summit. “We are committed to helping women reach their full potential as leaders and make a positive impact in their communities.”

The event will culminate with an exclusive VIP cocktail reception, providing a relaxed environment for attendees to network with industry leaders and featured speakers.

Proceeds from the summit will benefit JLM’s mission to advance women’s leadership and promote meaningful community impact. The Junior League of Memphis, established in 1922, has contributed to many cornerstone organizations in Memphis, including the Children’s Museum of Memphis, Church Health Center, and ArtsMemphis.

Registration, sponsorships, and vendor opportunities are now available at www.developherws.org. Tickets for the summit are expected to sell quickly, so interested participants are encouraged to secure their spots early.
