With the Kwanzaa principle of Umoja (unity) as the focus, the Shelby County Board of Commissioners Legislative Black Caucus sponsored its second annual Kwanzaa celebration at the Kukutana African American History and Cultural Museum at 1036 Firestone Ave. on Tuesday afternoon.
