The new Georgette and Cato Johnson YMCA in Memphis reflects a partnership between YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South and Methodist South Hospital to replace the Davis YMCA in Whitehaven with a state-of-the-art community resource center to serve as an epicenter of healing and community wellness, with a focus on early childhood development, water safety, mental and physical health, and social service programming.
