According to a Pew Research Center study titled Faith Among Black Americans, about two-thirds of Black Southerners who attend religious services do so as part of a Black congregation, where all or most attendees and clergy are Black. The survey among U.S. adults was conducted Nov. 19, 2019-June 3, 2020.
