Easley/The New Tri-State Defender) Services were held last Friday (Feb. 17) for Emma Jean Hubbard Stotts, who co-founded the River City (TN) Chapter of the Links Incorporated. She passed away on Feb. 4 at age 92. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the River City Links Mardis-Stotts Scholarship Fund at LeMoyne Owen College. (Photo: Tyrone P.
