Mary Harvey, the ex-wife of Steve Harvey, is suing him in a new lawsuit for $60 million for damaging her soul.
According to TMZ, Mary is still feeling the ill effects of the divorce that was finalized between the two of them in 2005. In docs filed on Wednesday by someone described as her “civil rights activist,” Mary claimed that since the divorce, she has been devastated by the loss of her son and business, especially on Mother’s Day.
“All was loss. Mary L. Harvey was dead,” Mary says in the suit, which claims that she self-medicates after the divorce, which emotionally and physically destroyed her.
The suit is coming after Steve for child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
