With the #MeToo movement showing no signs of slowing down, it seems that one media titan after another is falling. Among the latest is former PBS host Tavis Smiley, who has no intentions of laying down in the face of what he calls “a mistake” by PBS.
In a bold move, Smiley went head to head with ABC’s Paula Faris on Good Morning America this morning. The overwhelming theme in Smiley’s remarks is this: He says he hasn’t behaved inappropriately, and he wants to make sure that #MeToo doesn’t ruin reputations via “guilt by accusation.”
