Fox News had a problem when it came out that former staffer comptroller Judith Slater said racist things to some of her staff, but now that problem seems to be ballooning, with seven more people expected to join the racial discrimination lawsuit.

The employees are black, and they claim she did more than lob insults at them: she actually pitted employees against each other both literally and figuratively. They claim that Slater forced black employees to arm wrestle their white peers.

โ€œForcing a black woman employee to โ€˜fightโ€™ for the amusement and pleasure of her white superiors is horrifying,โ€ lawyers said on behalf of the seven defendants.

The letter from the lawyers stated that the competitions were humiliating, offensive and โ€œreminiscent of Jim Crow era battle royals.โ€

โ€”ย Clown Bill Oโ€™Reilly once came for Ludacris for โ€˜degradingโ€™ women in his music โ€“ let that sinkย inย โ€”ย

The suit also names Fox News accounting director Tammy Efinger as complicit in the racism.

โ€œNot once did Ms. Efinger step in or attempt to interfere with Ms. Slaterโ€™s outrageous conduct,โ€ according to documents. Efinger instead โ€œchose to laugh or giggle following Ms. Slaterโ€™s vitriol.โ€

Slater was fired on March 24 for her conduct. According to Fox Newsโ€™ manager for credit collection, Monica Douglas, Slater was not fired sooner because she โ€œknew too muchโ€ about Roger Ailes, who was forced to resign after sexual harassment claims in 2016.

This is just the latest in a bad string of incidents at Fox News. Their biggest name, Bill Oโ€™Reilly, was just fired when it came to light he had been allegedly sexually harassing women on the job for years.
