By now you’ve probably heard about the $1,000,000 settlement R&B singer Usher made to a stylist who claimed the pop star infected her with the Herpes Simplex 2 virus. Court documents showed that the singer was allegedly diagnosed with HSV2 in 2009 or 2010, and knowingly had sex with a woman and did not tell her.

In the legal documents, Usher allegedly told the woman he tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis. So that woman walked away with $1,000,000. But now a new lawsuit has been filed against the singer.

According to TMZ, a woman who allegedly had sex with Usher, who is currently married, on April 16, and then 12 days later, alleges Usher did not tell her he had the virus. Although the two used a condom on the 16th, they did not days later.

The woman, only going by Jane Doe in the lawsuit, does not state if she’s been infected with HSV2, but she’s suing the singer for or negligence, battery and emotional distress, in the $10,000,000 lawsuit. She has also stated that she did not know about Usher’s HSV2 status, until news broke about the $1,000,000 settlement.
