The Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis (WFGM) held its seventh annual South City Holiday Celebration at the Emmanuel Center, 604 Paul Ave., on Dec. 8, 2022.
The invitation-only event welcomed 300-plus current and former residents of South City.
Ruby Bright, who is retiring as president/CEO for WFGM, detailed the walk-through celebration, where each head of household received a gift card and holiday bag with essential supplies.
The event was hosted by WFGM, the Memphis Housing Authority and Urban Strategies, Inc.
